At the DRIFE HQ, it has been an incredible journey, one that would have been impossible without the trust and support from our community.

With the successful token, pilot launch, and new partnerships that promote the growth and development of DRIFE, there has been no time to rest. The DRIFE team has been working round-the-clock to deliver the results that we have promised to our community.

We want you to spare a moment and look at the achievements that DRIFE has pulled off in the last couple of months and also have a glance at what’s on the cards for the upcoming months.

So, without further ado let’s jump on this “Taxi” that will take us on a whirlwind journey of DRIFE.

DRIFE — Reshaping our Values

DRIFE is a decentralized ride-hailing network that empowers value generators and extractors in its ecosystem — the platform for drivers and passengers. DRIFE aspires to disrupt the current aggregator business model and establish a more equitable, efficient, and transparent transportation system by using blockchain technology.

Unlike other centralized ride-hailing models, DRIFE does not take commissions from the profits made by drivers. A driver who works for 16 hours should keep all of their earnings, according to our CEO Firdosh Sheikh. The only cost associated with DRIFE is an annual subscription fee. DRF is the native cryptocurrency of the DRIFE ecosystem.

Our Achievements so Far

July 2021

• We closed a $2.7 million Seed & Private Token Sale round led by TDefi, Master Ventures, 18 Ventures, GD10, AU21 Capital, Titans Ventures, Everse Capital, and FBG Capital. Our unique business model sets new standards within the ridesharing industry.
• For mass adoption and success of the DRIFE ecosystem, we added key strategic advisors including Gaurav Dubey from TDefi, Orion Depp, and Kyle Chasse of Master Ventures.

August 2021

• The DRIFE IDO successfully went live on Apollo-X with 20 million DRF tokens for sale at $0.0125 per unit. The launch was a joint effort by Apollo-X and GROW.
• DRF token got listed on PancakeSwap.
• DRIFE is listed on the MEXC exchange. The partnership enables investors to trade on different crypto coins pairing on the exchange. MEXC has a wide audience that will help DRIFE to have global exposure.
• DRIFE partners with Supra Oracles. The partnership promotes next-level oracle service and promotes transparency. Importantly accurate geodata provided by Supra Oracles enables accuracy to our decentralized platform.
• DRIFE partners with Biconomy to provide a frictionless ride experience. Biconomy integration offloads gas optimization, gas price fluctuation management, and transaction management allowing DRIFE to focus on giving its users a good ride.

September 2021

• DRIFE announces the Ferrum network staking program. We are now able to customize DRIFE staking to meet community needs. Additionally, DRIFE increases token utility and rewards to early investors and community supporters.
• DRIFE partners with Blockpad to make $DRF claiming easy! We are confident that the partnership fortifies our vested token. Moreover, we look towards creating more token solutions for $DRF holders.

October 2021

• We successfully launched DRF NFT giveaways. Our DRF NFT giveaways go to those who will stake their $DRF to maturity.
• In an attempt to stay closer to DRIFERs we started with Biweekly YouTube Live AMA to interact with our community.
• DRIFE enters the Sin City Metaverse.
• $DRF LP Staking goes live! The staking went live on 23 October. Our development team ensured a definite staking protocol available to all DRIFERs.

November 2021

• Former Uber Director Daniel Mangabeira Dantas joined as both Investor & Policy and Government Relations Advisor with DRIFE.
• DRIFE partners with ROAM to make geolocation tracking simple. ROAM gives live tracking of rides, thus helping DRIFE to provide safety to its community.
• DRIFE partners with Silence Laboratories. The partnership will be helpful in providing seamless and hassle-free authentication for all our community — riders and drivers.
• The moment we all had waited for #RideTheChange — DRIFE’s Pilot Launch Event was held at Radisson Blu Atria on Nov 20th, 2021 at Namma Bengaluru, India. DRIFE — the first blockchain product with a real application was successfully launched with a flag-off ceremony by our CEO and Co-founders along with chief guests.
• DRIFE App was released for the public and live on Google Play Store.

December 2021

• DRIFE App was released for iOS users and is available for download on App Store.
• DRIFE Driver App was ready and available on the Google Play Store.
• $DRF upcoming pool staking was announced. It has both Traditional Staking which will have 75% APY and LP Staking with 100% APY.
• Promotional activities were conducted in many places during the 1st and 2nd week of December.
• We are also planning to conduct more offline promotional activities as per our marketing plan.

What’s Next at DRIFE?

Q1 2022

• $DRF centralized exchange listing: DRF token has been listed in multiple centralized exchanges for future purposes. We expect trading to go as planned and expand to better sectors of decentralized finance.
• Franchise Dashboard to go live: A dashboard that will keep the community updated on all the franchise requests we have in place and how the franchise is onboarded. This dashboard will have details of the stakings required and how the community can be a part of the franchise.
• Governance through DRF: The community will be able to vote for which city’s operation will go live and will also be able to give a new proposal.
• Franchise Staking for Bangalore: It will enable investors to earn profit from the operations. We will reward our community to earn up to 10% profits from our pilot countries, beginning with Bengaluru, India. There are 10million $DRF available for staking in the region. We expect to circulate the “unit of operation” tokens throughout all parts of Asia.
• DRIFE enters into Metaverse: An attempt to extend the reality from the car seat to the metaverse, where the real and virtual worlds intertwine with physical and augmented reality.

Q2 2022

• NFT Sale — We will begin the DRIFE NFT car sale, these are unique cars that will be used as DRIFE cars in all the Metaverse that DRIFE will be part of.
• DRIFE goes multi-chain where Franchises will be able to choose their own blockchain.
• DRIFE Franchise operations will begin.
• Opening of the Franchise application process.
• Crowdsourcing pool for Franchise.
• Proof of Ride to be launched allowing the existing ride-sharing and mobility platforms to use $DRF token within their platform for rewarding users when they take rides.
• DRIFE Partnerships with Mobility platforms to achieve decentralization through Mobility Vision fund.

This roadmap highlights the groundwork which we will undertake in our journey that will empower the value generators and extractors in the ride-hailing network.
